"My rep here is Dianne and she is amazing. She takes care of just about everything, she goes out of her way to get me discounts, and she's very personable and doesn't mind explaining things that go over my head. Besides that, the insurance coverage is very good. I pay about $130 a month, but when I needed my windshield replaced after a hail storm, there was nothing out of pocket and my rate barely went up. Would highly recommend!"

"Feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome, when my home fire occurred they claimed it could be rebuilt for 254000 , with doing removal, no builder would, unless I do half of the work, I have mudded, painted, insulated, put on the baseboard, hung the doors and installed the flooring myself. I feel they missed the amount to replace the house by a major amount. The county is taxing me at 410000, but State Farm claims it is only worth 254000? When someone whom had State Farm ran into me I had to remove the shelving out of my work van and put it back for free. It seems like I am helping keep State Farm costs down? With the home I had to do the work because, if I had builders doing it the cost would be around 451000 for many estimates. The estimate for the house was 351000 , but State Farm told me 254000 was all that they were covering. Enclosed are pictures of van not put back yet shelves go to back"
